Founded in 1904 by philanthropist Archer Milton Huntington, the Hispanic Society Museum & Library preserves and shares the arts, literature, history, and cultures of Spain, Latin America, Portugal, and the Philippines. For over a century, it has studied and exhibited world-class collections while offering free, high-quality programs.
As a not-for-profit, the Society depends on generous support from individuals, foundations, corporations, and government entities. You can support the Hispanic Society by making a donation, becoming a member, attending our gala, or joining one of our patron circles.

Colecciones is a collectors’ circle for members with a deep passion for the art, literature, history, and culture of the Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking world. Members receive behind-the-scenes access to new acquisitions, private viewings of rare books and artworks, and invitations to exclusive programs and conversations with curators and collectors.

Archer's Circle
The Archer’s Circle is designed for young patrons ages 21 to 45 and offers a dynamic way to connect with the Hispanic Society Museum & Library and with fellow art and culture enthusiasts. Members enjoy exclusive access to special exhibition openings, private social gatherings, and intimate events with curators, collectors, and artists.
