Join us for an outdoor screening of La Grande (Dominican Republic, 2025). Directed by Tito Rodriguez, La Grande tells the story of Dominican Merengue Típico singer Fefita La Grande.

The program begins at 6pm with a special pre-show live performance of Dominican music with Victoria Guzmán, Anna Tonna, and Pablo Zinger, followed by the film at 7pm.

Presented in collaboration with Inwood Art Works, Cine al Fresco is the Hispanic Society’s annual free outdoor film series dedicated to Spanish and Latin American cinema.

All films are shown in their original language with English subtitles.
